Overview
This service is used to request an invoice to an outside agency or company. If you have provided goods or services to a customer and you require an invoice to be sent, submit an Invoice Request. If this is a transfer from one account to another, please use the Account Transfer service.
Once the invoice request is received and processed, the revenue account will be credited for the invoice amount.
Departments that receive invoice payments directly must forward the cheque to Financial Services (A291) as soon as possible.
An approval from the spending authority is required before this request will be fulfilled.
Note: If the payment is not received within 90 days, you will be notified and the invoice may be reversed.
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Company information
- Budget / index and account code
- Description of charge(s)
- Amount of charge(s)
- Spending authority of the budget / index code
- Attachments to be sent to outside agency/company and/or supporting documents
Instructions
Click on the "Submit Invoice Request" button and complete all required fields on the form.
An approval will automatically be sent by the system to the spending authority annotated on the form.
