Report a Webpage Issue

Overview

This service is used to report a technical issue such as a broken link, a formatting error, or a problem with a webpage.

Information Required

UFV employees can complete the Report a Webpage Issue form to report a technical issue such as a broken link, a formatting error, or a problem with a webpage. Please provide the following information when filling out the form: 

  • Web editor
  • Department
  • Webpage URL
  • Issue description

Instructions

Click on the "Report a Webpage Issue" button and complete all required fields on the form.
