Accessing Feedback Reports

Summary

How UFV Faculty can use Blue to access their Student Feedback on Teaching Reports.

Body

UFV uses Explorance Blue (also known as Blue) to conduct student feedback on teaching surveys.

After surveys are completed, Blue generates Reports based on the results of the survey.

This KB article gives faculty details on what each Report entails, how to access Reports, and how to export them.

Report Release Timing

Reports are released following the Dean’s review period and after final grades are submitted.

An email notification will be sent when Reports are ready to view.

The email will contain a direct link to your Blue homepage where you can view and download the Reports.
