Body
uBlock is a popular ad blocker for web browsers that blocks unwanted ads, trackers, and malware from loading on web pages.
Edge, Chrome, and Firefox browsers on UFV laptop and desktop computers come with uBlock installed.
The uBlock page, when it blocks a website, includes the URL (website) that was blocked and the reason it was blocked: advertisement, tracking, malware.
What the ublock page looks like:

Benefits of ad blocking
Helps to protect your privacy: by preventing third-party advertisers and trackers from collecting your personal information and online activity.
Enhances security: by blocking malicious ads and scripts that can infect your computer with malware.
If you encounter a blocked website
From the uBlock block page, you have two options:
Go back: go back to the last page
Proceed: proceed to the blocked page (may be unsafe)
