Audio Visual Setup Instructions

The following is about the audio visual setup in:
Abbotsford, Building A, Room 203s

1. Turn on the System

1. Locate control panel.

2. Press the ON button on the wall-mounted Control Panel.

2. Choose AV Source

PC: Room Computer

Note: Room computer log in available to UFV employees only.

Use the room's built-in computer.

Use the room's provided wireless keyboard and mouse.

WIRELESS: Windows laptop via WI-FI

Note: Video Conferencing is not available with wireless connection

Use your own Windows laptop.

Connect by eduroam (UFV Wi-Fi).

1. Press Windows Key + K to open the "Cast" panel.

2. Select the option: A203s_Wireless_Display

BYOD: Any device via HDMI

Note: Apple devices require a USB-C adaptor for HDMI and USB connections

Use your own device (any type).

Connect device by the provided HDMI.

If using video conferencing, connect using provided USB cable.

Check your device's AV settings.

3. Check Sound & Camera settings

When Playing Audio from the System:

When using the room for video conferencing, check the following settings in Zoom/Teams:

Microphone: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Logi Rally Audio)

Speaker: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Logi Rally Audio)

Camera: Logi Rally Camera

4. Turn Wall Control off

Press OFF button when finished in the space.
