Internal Payment Transfer to Housing
Overview
Internal UFV departments may use this service to request a payment transfer to a student's housing fee from their budget code. This transfer is needed when a student's housing payment is coming from an internal department budget code and is not coming from a student account directly (e.g. scholarship, sponsorship funds).
Note: An approval from the internal spending authority is required before the payment transfer is completed.
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Internal Department Requestor Name
- Internal Department Spending Authority Approver Name
- Budget Code
- Student name
- Student ID number
- Transfer amount
Instructions
Click on the "Submit Internal Payment Transfer to Housing Request" button and complete all required fields on the form.
