Overview
This service is used to request summer storage for students who are moving out for the summer semester, but are returning for the following academic year. To be eligible for this contract, you must be confirmed as returning to Lá:lem te Baker for the next Fall or Academic Year and you must have applied and paid for your Room Offer Acceptance Fee.
The cost for summer storage is $250. Payment in full is required before the move-out date.
On the move-out date, you must contact the Front Desk or a CA to open the storage room. You will move your boxes into the storage room. On return for the Fall semester, you will be able to retrieve your boxes.
NOTE: There is no access to your belongings over the summer.
How to Pack and Label Your Boxes
- Pack up your belongings into boxes
- Maximum of 10 medium-sized boxes
- Note that no food items of any sort can be put into storage
- Boxes must be closed and sealed with tape. For your convenience, the front desk sells boxes and packing tape.
- Each box must be labeled with the following:
- Name, Email, Phone number
- Numbered (Box 1 of 10, Box 2 of 10, Box 3 of 10, etc.)

- Student name
- Student number
- Phone number
- Unit number
- Move-out date
- Summer address
- Emergency contact
