Overview
UFV has limited general warehouse space located at CEP Building W for short-term storage of reusable items. Utilize this service to request short-term storage of reusable items intended for use within the next 1 to 12 months.
Items ready for disposal or recycling will not be stored in the warehouse. Logistics Services can assist with items you may have ready for disposal or recycling.
If you are unsure if your item is suitable for storage, disposal, or archive, submit a general inquiry and Logistics Services will determine the best solution.
For large moves from a UFV location to the general warehouse, Logistics Services may utilize a UFV contracted moving company.
Note: The CEP warehouse is NOT a temperature controlled facility. A minimum of five business days' notice is required to schedule the pickup of your item(s).
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Budget / index code
- Pickup location
- Pickup date
- Pickup time slot
- Item(s) description
- Quantity
- Storage duration
- Attachments of pictures of item(s) to be stored
Instructions
Click on the "Submit Warehouse Storage Request" button and complete all required fields on the form.
A minimum of five business days' notice is required to schedule the pickup of your item(s).
