Problem Paying registration deposit or tuition fees online through myUFV using INTERAC

Paying registration deposit or tuition fees online through myUFV using INTERAC® Online:  Payment fails/Error received
Error message or blank page returned upon submission of the access banking card number and password into the financial institutions INTERAC® Online payment system login window. An example can be viewed in the image attached.

Solutions

1) INTERAC® Online fee payment at UFV is only available only through Scotiabank and Royal Bank. At this time other financial institution cards cannot be used. Please confirm with your financial institution that your daily INTERAC® limit is higher than the payment you are making.

2) When using Scotiabank or Royal Bank cards, please ensure they are NOT hybrid debit/credit cards. These types of debit cards would display the Visa or MasterCard logo. The use of hybrid debit/credit cards is not supported.
