Student Account Password Reset

Overview

Students can reset their single sign on (SSO) password for myUFV, myClass, myFiles, myMail and all other single sign on applications by following the instructions in the Student Password Reset KB article. Students will need to have a personal email address on file for the password reset to work. If you do not have a personal email address on file, you will need to contact the Office of the Registrar to have this added.

Student SSO passwords can be reset via self service following the instructions found in the:  Student Password Reset KB article.

Support

If the password reset cannot be completed through self service because of missing personal email address contact the Office of the Registrar. For additional support, contact the IT Service Desk.
