UFV employees and students can complete the Report a Collaborate Ultra Issue form to report an issue with Collaborate Ultra. Please provide the following information when filling out the form:
- Type of device, browser and operating system being used when the issue occurred
- Course ID / course name (if applicable)
- Issue Description (include session ID, session instance ID , link to the session, etc.)
- Screen shots of error messages, etc.
