Collaborate Ultra is a Web conference tool integrated into Blackboard (Virtual Classroom). 

UFV employees and students can use this form to report issues with Collaborate Ultra.

Information Required

UFV employees and students can complete the Report a Collaborate Ultra Issue form to report an issue with Collaborate Ultra.  Please provide the following information when filling out the form: 

  • Type of device, browser and operating system being used when the issue occurred 
  • Course ID / course name  (if applicable)
  • Issue Description (include session ID, session instance ID , link to the session, etc.)
  • Screen shots of error messages, etc.

Contact the IT Service Desk, or check the ticket status of your tickets in the Online Portal for updates.
