Call History
Call History keeps track of the names (if available) and telephone numbers of missed calls, answered incoming external calls, and outgoing external calls.
Viewing Call History
- Press the History key. The total number of missed calls is shown in brackets, and new missed calls are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Browse missed calls:
- Press

or the Yes softkey.
- Use the UP and DOWN keys to scroll through the list.
- View answered or outgoing calls:
- Press
#
or the No softkey (once for Answered, twice for Outgoing).
- Use the UP and DOWN keys to scroll through the list.
- View call details:
- Press
#
or the Options softkey to see the number.
- On the Options screen, press
*
or the Details softkey to see the number.
- Press

or the Next softkey to see the call time and date.
Returning a Call
- Display the call you want to return.
- Make the call:
- If internal and the caller name is known, press
*
or the Call softkey.
- If external, your system might automatically add the prefix (e.g., 9). Press
*
or the Call softkey to initiate the call.
- If the system can't complete the call, press
#
or the Clear softkey to edit the number, then press *
or the Call softkey to dial.
Deleting Call Logs
- Delete all logs:
- Select the type of logs (missed, answered, or outgoing).
- Press
#
or the Delete All softkey.
- Confirm by pressing
*
or #
.
- Delete a specific call:
- With the call log displayed, press
#
twice or press the Delete softkey.
