Summary

Forward phone calls to another number.

Note: Queue phone agents should not enable call forwarding as it will disrupt queue functionality.

Lift handset (softphone users can ignore this).

For Local Number Dial *64 and the Forwarding Local.
For Outside Number Dial *64 and 9 and the Outside Forwarding Number (e.g. *64+9+604-123-4567).
