Set call forward
For Local Number:
Lift handset
Dial *64 and the Forwarding Local
For Outside Number:
Lift handset
Dial *64 and 9 and the Outside Forwarding Number (e.g. *64+9+604-123-4567)
Delete call forward
Lift handset
Dial #78
