Set Phone Call Forwarding

Forward phone calls from UFV Phones to a local or an outside phone number.

Set call forward

1. Lift handset:

• For Local Number Dial *64 and the Forwarding Local.
• For Outside Number Dial *64 and 9 and the Outside Forwarding Number (e.g. *64+9+604-123-4567).

Delete call forward

1. Lift handset:

• Dial #78.

 

For the softphone, you can ignore the handset. Just dial *64 + 9 + XXX + XXXX to turn on call forwarding, and dial #78 to turn it off. Thanks!
