Overview

The Favorites feature allows you to quickly access frequently called contacts for faster calling from your Yealink MP52 Teams phone.

Add a Contact to Favorites

1. Open People or Contacts.
2. Select the desired contact.
3. Open the contact details.
4. Select Add to Favorites.

Add from Recent Calls

1. Open Calls history.
2. Select the contact or number.
3. Choose Add to Favorites.

Access Your Favorites

Open People or Contacts and select Favorites to view saved contacts.

Place a One-Touch Call

Select a favorite contact and press Call or OK to dial immediately.

Remove a Contact from Favorites

Open Favorites, select the contact, choose More, then Remove from Favorites.

Troubleshooting

Verify the correct Teams account is signed in and allow time for contact synchronization if favorites do not appear.
