Overview
This article explains how to withdraw from a Continuing Education or Industry Services course through the Extended Learning Student Portal.
Note:
Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure you have read the applicable withdrawal, cancellation, and refund rules.
Log in to Extended Learning
Click on Student Portal
- Click on Student Portal and select My Enrolment History.
Select the Course(s)
- Under the Enrolled tab, locate the course(s) you would like to withdraw from.
Select a Withdrawal Reason
- Select the applicable withdrawal reason from the drop-down menu and click submit.
Confirmation
After clicking submit, you will receive:
- An on-screen confirmation that your withdrawal request has been forwarded for processing.
