Tracks total credits completed and those still needed for graduation.

Displays grades once they are processed at the end of each semester.

Notes any approved deviations from standard program requirements.

Identifies courses considered equivalent for credit purposes.

Flags courses that do not meet requirements or have been repeated.

Lists courses that do not apply to the current program.

Shows courses that don’t fit into any requirement block but are still part of the academic record.

Reviews completed, in-progress, and planned coursework.

Lists a print view of all courses taken at UFV and any transfer credits.

Features “What If” to simulate changes in major and minor concentrations to see how it affects an academic plan.

A UFV Program Audit displays a Worksheet of your completed and outstanding requirements for your credential, including courses taken, grades, credits earned, and more.

All undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as many Applied and Technical Studies, Continuing Education, Upgrading and University Preparation programs.

If an audit isn't available for your program, try using the What-If feature.

Below is a mock example grad plan for UFV mascot Sasq 'ets.

Sasq 'ets has been admitted to the Bachelor of Arts program and has declared a Major in Psychology with a Minor in Communications.

Scroll down further to see what the requirements are for the BA program.

And scroll even further down to the Psychology major and a Communications minor requirements.

The What-If feature lets you explore how your completed and in-progress coursework would apply to a different program, major, minor, or concentration.

1. Click What-If in left menu.

2. Select the Program.

3. Select Majors or Minors.

4. Select any additional areas of study (majors and minors).

5. Use the green Add button to place the additional areas in into the Chosen areas of study box.

6. Click the green What-If button.

7. The results will show you what courses you have completed or have in progress to meet the requirements for that program.

8. Optionally, you may want to choose a future Calendar Term to see how requirements might change.

Use the Look-Ahead function to course plan for future semesters.

One at a time, enter a course you wish to take and click the green Add course to see where it will fit in.

Below is a mock example of a Look-Ahead grad plan for UFV mascot Sasq 'ets.

Sasq 'ets decides to take PHIL100 in their next semester.

The requirements now includes the PHIL 100 course highlighted in blue and flagged as PLANNED.
