Optimize your searches in the IT services portal to find self-help how-to articles and service requests.

Use the full search box to find IT Articles and Service Requests

The search box with the best results is the Search the client portal.

Search ITS Portal

Search a Category

Click the  menu to choose to search:

• All (everything)
• Only Knowledge Base
• Only Service Catalogue

Enter your search criteria

1. Type simple phrases and words for your search criteria.
2. While you type, you will see 'lookahead' results appearing.
3. Press Enter or click the magnifying glass icon to submit your search terms and return a list of matches.

Use operators to modify your search results

For example:

• Cats AND dogs will find results including both cats and dogs
• Cats NOT dogs will find results including cats and exclude all results that include dogs
• Cats OR dogs or cats dogs will find results with either term
• "Cats and dogs" will search for results including the exact phrase "Cats and dogs"
• #Animals will search for articles that are tagged with the Animals tag

Searching with Tags

Tags are descriptive key words or phrases used to describe service requests and KB articles.

If you click on a tag within an article or service, you will view other items that share the tag.

Also use the symbol followed by a word to perform a tag search and a regular key word search at the same time.
