Add an alert box to your web content to provides important information or alert the user about something that requires their attention.

Do not overuse alert boxes as they can disrupt the user experience by taking focus away from the main content.

This is what an alert box looks like:

There are two methods to add an icon to your knowledge base article. The first method is to add an icon directly using the Insert Font Awesome button. The second option is using the icon set from a Microsoft Product with the ability to format it and save it as an image. Then it can be uploaded as a graphic to your knowledge base article.
