1. Microsoft 365 (M365)
UFV students have access to Microsoft 365 including familiar productivity and collaboration tools such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, and Online Productivity Suite applications shown below:

ONLY Eligible students will be provided with an M365 account for Email, MS-Teams, and the MS Productivity Suite. To be eligible, you must have been registered for a course in the last 3 semesters.

2. UFV Student Email
UFV provides email services to students through Exchange Online (a cloud-based service that is part of M365). Exchange Online has replaced the previous student email platform, Zimbra. Exchange Online is a more modern platform that is mobile-friendly and provides enhanced cybersecurity and information protection.

3. Blackboard
Students can log in to Blackboard/ myClass for Online Courses created by their instructors to access class materials or attend classes, etc. Listed below are some common articles on how to login to Blackboard or resolve any errors logging in.
4. Student Account Password Reset Or Unlock
Students can reset their single sign-on (SSO) password for myUFV, M365 Account, Student email (Outlook), myClass, myFiles, and all other SSO applications (e.g. Zoom, accommodate (Symplicity), career mapping, etc.), using self-service instructions provide in the article listed below:
5. Eduroam (Wi-Fi)
Eduroam is a collaborative network that provides current students, faculty, and staff with fast, secure, and reliable access to wireless services (Wi-Fi) on UFV campuses, as well as at participating institutions in 70 territories worldwide.
