1. Verify that you are connected to Always On VPN

2. Please save and close any open documents before proceeding.
3. On the bottom left of your desktop, open Windows search and type “Software Center” and open it.
4. Once its open, navigate to the “Operating Systems” tab on the left-hand side.
5. Click on the “P_Windows 10 21H2 Upgrade – V220201” and then click the Install button. The upgrade will now start.
6. The process should take approximately 2 hours to complete, after which your computer will restart and give you the option to log back in.
