10% Acting and Additional Pay

Overview

Employees may be eligible for a temporary 10% pay increase when performing duties of another position on a temporary basis, as per Articles 21.2, 21.3, and 22.2 in the Collective Agreement.

Before submitting this ticket, please contact Human Resources to confirm whether the circumstances meet the eligibility requirements for acting or additional pay.

Information Required

You will need to include the following information as part of your request:

  • Type of Additional Pay being requested (21.2, 21.3, or 22.2)
  • Employee ID of employee to receive additional pay
  • Name of employee to receive additional pay
  • Position Number and Budget Code to be charged
  • Start and End date of additional pay
  • Reason for request.
