Incoming Shipment Notice

Overview

If you have made a PCard or direct purchase, you must let the Logistics Services team know that a package is on its way. This ensures that your package is routed to you as quickly as possible when it arrives.

To avoid delays with delivery, ensure the shipment is sent to your attention and the package is labelled "Your Name, Direct Purchase" or "Your Name, PCard".

Note: Any incoming parcels or mail not addressed to a specific department or person will be opened to determine end destination or the package may be returned to sender.
