Overview
Utilize this service to request disposal of hazardous waste (batteries, chemicals, etc.). UFV uses a qualified, licensed hazardous waste removal contractor for certain classes of hazardous waste.
For multiple products or materials, attach the spreadsheet provided. The attachment can be found on the right hand side of the page (desktop) and bottom of the page (mobile).
Note: Ensure that all waste materials are packaged according to safety standards as indicated by the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for that specific product.
Information Required
You will need to include the following important information as part of your request:
- Pickup location
- Pickup date / time slot
- Type of hazardous material
- Hazardous material description
- Container size / quantity
Instructions
Click on the "Submit Hazardous Material Disposal Request" button and complete all required fields on the form.
